Real Madrid and Cinedigm team up to launch a new streaming service in the US
Real Madrid, the Spanish soccer team, has struck a new deal with the goal of reaching out to more of their fans. This club has entered into a new deal with Cinedigm, a US media business, to expand the distribution of its in-house streaming channel in North America. Real Madrid TV will be available in the US and Canada as part of this partnership. Fans can discover linear and advertising-based video-on-demand platforms on linked TVs across these two nations. They can also access them through digital set-top boxes, media streaming devices, and the internet.
What we can anticipate
During the exciting 2021/22 season, Real Madrid TV, which is now available in English and Spanish, will show two to three live matches each week from La Liga, the Uefa Champions League, and domestic cup tournaments.
This isn’t all this streaming channel has to offer; it also has classic programs, unique club knowledge, and breaking news. All live press conferences, exclusive interviews, live training sessions, and magazine shows are also available to watch. With all of these fascinating features, Real Madrid fans will get access to approximately 8,000 hours of programming every year.
Cinedigm’s current array of channels will expand to include this new endeavor, which will be available through distribution partners such as Roku, Pluto TV, Samsung, TLC, and Tubi.
Soccer has been labeled the most popular sport in the world on numerous occasions, and with this title comes a large following. As a result of working with Real Madrid, viewers in the United States will have access to never-before-seen material. Not only that, but it also provides an exclusive home for some of North America’s most prominent OTT distribution partners. This is significant not only for both parties but also for fans. Real Madrid supporters will be able to feel as if they are a part of the action thanks to exclusive interviews, matches, and news that will update on a regular basis to keep them in the loop.
