We are looking for an enthusiastic Community Manager to join our decentralised social content team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of soccer and solid experience in creating content for the digital sports community. This is a full-time position that involves collaboration with a leading broadcaster. We offer the flexibility of remote work, with the requirement for the candidates to be based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: Design and execute content strategies to engage soccer fans across various platforms, including X, Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG), and YouTube (YT). Cultivate a lively online community by sparking discussions, responding to comments, and promoting user-generated content.
• Content Production: Develop and oversee multiple pieces of engaging soccer-related content daily, including articles, social media posts, and multimedia content. Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with the target audience.
• Video & Photo Editing: Apply professional-level skills in video and photo editing to create high-quality visual content. This includes crafting highlight reels, promotional videos, and captivating social media graphics.
• Client & Team Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the internal production team. Ensure clear and effective communication to meet client expectations and deliver top-notch results.
• Autonomous Work: Operate independently, managing your schedule and tasks efficiently while taking initiative to drive community growth.
• International Collaboration: Work with an international team, appreciating cultural nuances to engage a diverse global audience.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Soccer: Previous experience in soccer, including major international leagues. A solid grasp of current social trends and fan culture.
• Content Creation Experience: Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality content for social media. Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop).
• Language: Native English (US)
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and audiences.
• Remote Work Experience: Prior experience working in a decentralised, remote environment is highly desirable.
