Job Title: Paid Media Lead FR/EU

Location: Europe (Remote)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Paid Media Lead to join our team and drive paid media strategies for our French and European sports clients.



  • Develop and execute comprehensive international or national paid media strategies for several sports organisations located in the French and other European markets.
  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and X (Google Ads is a plus).
  • Brief in and create a compelling case for creative and visual assets in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Monitor campaigns with different strategies: acquisition, interaction, reach, lead, and be able to analyse key metrics, generating regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Provide thought leadership in industry trends, emerging platforms, and the latest developments in paid media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Social Media, Studio, and Analytics, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
  • Utilise A/B testing and other optimisation techniques to improve campaign performance continuously.
  • Manage budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimise spending to achieve desired results.
  • Stay abreast of algorithm changes, policies, and best practices on various advertising platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and answer their questions.


  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Passionate about the sports industry, with knowledge of the football industry.
  • Proven experience as a Paid Media Lead or in a similar role, with a demonstrable track record of successful campaign management, creation, and optimisation.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms, including Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Fluent in English and French, another language is a plus.
  • Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
