Paris Saint Germain open a new flagship store in New York City
Paris Saint Germain has opened a new flagship store in New York City which makes them the first international sports club to open an exclusive boutique store in the city. The French giants had inked a sponsorship agreement with sports merchandise retailers Fanatics and Lids in 2020.
The partnership with Fanatics and Lids would see the establishment of exclusive PSG flagship stores in different countries around the world and the opening of a store in New York City marks another addition to their collection of stores. Currently the club has stores operating in Japan, South Korea, Qatar and in the United States of America.
PSG latest venture in the United States
The boutique store which is located in 587 Fifth Avenue will have on sale exclusive apparel and merchandise of PSG such as team jerseys, headwear, a full range of Nike and Jordan team accessories etc. Selected collectibles, a customization station and other soccer items will be available as well.
The opening of this store will be marked with PSG announcing an exclusive co-branded PSG x NY T-shirt and tote collection. The sale of this co-branded collection will kickstart PSG’s special project initiative with New York based creative studio Fly Nowhere.
