Your mission 🚀

We are looking for a Creative Team Coordinator to play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and balance of our creative operations. This role is responsible for managing the allocation of designers and editors across multiple projects, while aligning resources with project deadlines, budget, and team availability. The coordinator will act as the main point of contact for scheduling and prioritisation, working closely with Creative Leads and Department Heads. This position requires strong communication and organisational skills to manage team schedules, oversee onboarding processes, and support performance tracking, and also requires flexibility to adapt to project needs and a proactive approach to anticipate workloads and respond to urgent requests.

Key Responsibilities ✅

1. Creative Resource Management: Ensure optimal allocation of creatives, graphic designers and video editors across design and video projects, considering availability, skills, allocated budgets, and project deadlines.

2. Scheduling and Prioritisation: Establish real-time schedules for each designer and editor and manage priorities if multiple projects require the same profile. Provide alternative solutions and seek new resources as needed.

3. Team Coordination and Communication: Communicate regularly with Creative Leads and Heads of Departments to align on project requirements and resource allocation. Coordinate in-house graphic designers and editors, managing schedules, vacation planning, and team availability.

4. Performance Tracking and Onboarding: Monitor the performance of designers and editors, and identify resource needs based on workload and new projects. Oversee the onboarding of new recruits following validation by Studio Managers.

5. Optimisation and Flexibility: Adjust schedules and find solutions for last-minute changes to ensure deadlines are met.

Skills We Are Looking For 🔎

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously and to handle shifting priorities.
  • Leadership and Coordination: Strong team management skills, with an aptitude for prioritising and planning effectively to meet project needs.
  • Knowledge of the Sports Industry: Familiarity with the sports world and industry trends.
  • Experience in Graphic Design and Video Production: Proven expertise in managing and executing both graphic design and video production projects, from concept to final delivery.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Tools: Use Asana for task tracking and project coordination (internal training provided).
  • Advanced English: to communicate effectively with team members from different nationalities.
