Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to assist the Head of Sales in our agency’s growth. This position presents a unique opportunity for a motivated student who is passionate about sports and business strategies to excel in a dynamic, international environment. Fluency in English and the ability to be based in France or Europe are mandatory for this role.

What You’ll Do

• Identify New Opportunities:

  • Conduct strategic monitoring to spot market trends and development opportunities.
  • Analyse target sectors to identify potential new markets or partners.
    

• Support Business Proposal Development:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to structure and draft proposals tailored to prospect needs.
  • Work with internal teams (creative, data & insights, production) to gather necessary elements for preparing business presentations. 

• Identify and Manage Prospects:

  • Build and enrich the prospect database.
  • Prioritise leads and identify key contacts within target organisations.
  • Prepare prospecting tools (email campaigns, presentation materials). 

• Support Overall Agency Development:

  • Participate in strategic brainstorming sessions with the sales team.
  • Provide operational support during meetings or presentations with clients or prospects.

Your Profile

• Education: Student in business school, university, or equivalent, specializing in business, marketing, or management.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in French and English is mandatory. Knowledge of a third language (Spanish, Portuguese, German, etc.) is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools. A flair for design tools is a plus.

Remuneration

According to the legal requirements based on the country of location and the terms of the internship or apprenticeship agreement.
