From 2021 to 2025, Samba Digital was entrusted with launching and scaling the official TikTok presence of the Équipe de France, with a clear ambition: transform one of the world’s most iconic national teams into a leading digital powerhouse on short-form video platforms.
Approach
Our mission was structured around three key pillars:
- Account Launch & Positioning
Build the TikTok account from scratch, defining a strong editorial identity aligned with the team’s values: performance, emotion, proximity, and entertainment. - Content Strategy & Production
Develop a high-frequency, culturally relevant content strategy combining:- Behind-the-scenes access (training, locker room moments, travel)
