Join Our Team as a Visual Artist/Digital Manipulator

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Artists/Digital Manipulators with a specialization in the sports industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to create social media graphics and posters, placing characters in various environments, situations, and contexts for the most prestigious clubs and leagues in the world. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, curious, and possess a strong background in sports and pop culture, enabling them to suggest innovative and creative ideas for each project.

What You’ll Do

Create social media graphics and posters, placing characters in different environments, situations, and contexts.
Generate creative ideas and concepts for various projects, leveraging a strong understanding of sports and pop culture.
Edit and manipulate images with a high level of professionalism, focusing on color, photography, lighting effects, and perspectives.
Collaborate with a multicultural team worldwide, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Maintain a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and curiosity in all tasks.
Utilize graphic design skills and tools; proficiency in these areas will be appreciated.
Work part-time or full-time depending on mission requirements from a home office, ensuring availability and responsiveness during working hours.

What Are the Requirements

Proven experience as a visual artist or digital manipulator, particularly within the sports industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating social media graphics and posters, with a focus on placing characters in various contexts.
Creative, meticulous, and curious, with a solid background in sports and pop culture.
High proficiency in colour, photography, lighting effects, and perspective editing.
Graphic design skills and proficiency with design tools are a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, multicultural environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to stay online and responsive during working hours.
Intermediate level of written and spoken English.

Remuneration

Mission-based fee, with the option of a monthly retainer plan.
An independent contractor agreement, with terms renewed for each mission.
