As we expand our creative capabilities around short-form video, we’re looking for Short Video Editors who live and breathe TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts – and who are excited to help some of the biggest names in sport tell stories in seconds.

Job requirements 📋

What you’re excellent at:

  • Creating short-form content specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
  • Editing vertical video, ideally with CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Spotting trends, formats, sounds and creators – and turning them into relevant ideas for our clients
  • Translating briefs into concrete content plans and clear deliverables
  • Working within brand guidelines while still pushing creative boundaries
  • Managing multiple projects and deadlines in parallel
  • Collaborating with others and giving/receiving feedback constructively
  • Communicating clearly in English, both spoken and written

Job Responsibilities ✅

You will be part of our social teams, owning the production of short-form video content for multiple sports clients, with a strong focus on football. From concept to final export, you’ll help transform raw footage into scroll‑stopping clips that spark conversation, build communities and drive performance.

You will:

  • Generate creative ideas and concepts tailored to TikTok, Reels and Shorts formats
  • Edit short videos from raw footage, existing assets or live‑captured content, ensuring each piece is optimised for the platform and objective
  • Build and maintain content plans in collaboration with account and social teams, aligning with client expectations and campaign goals
  • Ensure all productions are validated internally (creative, account, client guidelines) before delivery
  • Monitor trends and best practices on each platform and share inspiration and opportunities with the wider team
  • Support publishing and moderation on client channels where needed
  • Participate in filling out content calendars and basic performance reports
  • Assist in preparing reports and optimisation recommendations, using insights to refine creative and formats over time
