As we expand our influence and creator offerings for global sports clients, we are looking for an Influence Project Manager to design, execute and optimise influencer and content creator strategies that drive brand visibility, community engagement and business growth.

What you’re excellent at:
- Developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies aligned with clear client goals.
- Identifying relevant influencers and content creators (macro, micro, nano, KOLs) across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Managing end-to-end campaigns: timelines, budgets, deliverables and overall execution quality.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with creators, agents and representative agencies.
- Negotiating contracts, fees and usage rights while protecting both client value and internal profitability.
- Analysing performance data and translating metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) into clear insights and recommendations.
- Collaborating with social media, creative, paid media and account teams to deliver integrated, high-impact work.
- Communicating clearly and confidently with internal teams, creators and clients, in writing and in meetings.
The role is for you, if:
- You have 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management or project management, ideally in an agency or fast-paced brand environment.
- You have a strong understanding of digital platforms, creator ecosystems and social trends, particularly in sports.
- You are highly organised, comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously.
- You have an analytical mindset and are used to working with reporting and analytics tools.
- You are fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- You are a creative, proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- You are passionate about the sports industry and its fans, and motivated to help brands connect with them in authentic ways.
Job Responsibilities ✅
1. Influencer Strategy & Planning (~25%)
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with each client’s business and communication objectives.
- Identify and qualify influencers and content creators (macro, micro, nano, KOLs) across key platforms and emerging channels.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform recommendations and guide strategic decision-making.
2. Campaign Management (~30%)
- Plan, brief and launch influencer and content creator campaigns from concept to delivery in Europe and, when required, in other regions.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables and overall project execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate creative assets with internal teams and creators, ensuring content consistency with brand guidelines and platform best practices.
3. Influencer Relationship Management (~20%)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, content creators and representative agencies.
- Negotiate contracts, fees, deliverables and usage rights in line with client expectations and internal profitability targets.
- Facilitate smooth communication throughout collaborations, ensuring that creators are properly briefed, supported and aligned with campaign objectives.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting (~15%)
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, conversions and ROI.
- Analyse campaign metrics and prepare clear, actionable reports and recommendations for clients.
- Optimise ongoing and future strategies based on insights, testing and performance learnings.
- Prepare regular client reporting (decks, written updates, post‑campaign reviews).
5. Cross-functional Collaboration (~10%)
- Work closely with social media, creative, data and paid media teams to ensure integrated, high-impact campaigns.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to fully understand client needs, objectives and constraints.
- Support with costings, budgets and estimates for proposals and live campaigns.
- Liaise with international clients and internal stakeholders across time zones when required.
