As we expand our creative capabilities for global sports clients, we are looking for a Graphic Designer with deep expertise in Latin American football to craft standout visual content across platforms. You will work closely with social, content and account teams to deliver both reactive, real‑time visuals and proactive, always‑on creative that drives engagement, brand affinity and measurable results.
What you’re excellent at:
Creative & technical skills
- Developing high‑impact static and motion graphics for social media (feed, stories, reels/carousels, thumbnails, headers, etc.).
- Translating briefs and guidelines into compelling visual concepts tailored to each platform.
- Producing reactive designs in real time for key football moments (matchdays, goals, transfers, milestones, live events).
- Delivering proactive creative series (campaign visuals, templates, content pillars) that can be produced and iterated on regularly.
- Designing with Latin American football culture in mind: visual languages, club identities, fan rituals, and regional nuances.
- Working confidently with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and/or Premiere) or similar tools.
Collaboration & workflow
- Working as part of a cross‑functional team (social media, content, motion, strategy, account) to deliver integrated, on‑brand campaigns.
- Managing multiple briefs, deadlines and stakeholders at the same time, while maintaining high quality and consistency.
- Adapting existing creative concepts across languages, formats and markets, especially for Spanish and Portuguese‑speaking audiences.
- Receiving and applying feedback constructively, iterating quickly and maintaining strong attention to detail.
Mindset & communication
- Communicating clearly and confidently with internal teams, in writing and in meetings.
- Ensuring your design rationale is insight‑informed (best practices, audience preferences).
- Staying up to date on social trends, platform updates and design best practices in football and sports entertainment.
The role is for you, if:
- You have 3–5 years of experience in graphic design for social media, ideally in an agency, sports organisation or fast‑paced brand environment.
- You have a strong understanding of Latin American football (clubs, leagues, rivalries, fan culture) and how this translates visually.
- You’re comfortable working on both reactive and proactive content: from live matchday posts to long‑term campaigns and brand platforms.
- You are highly organised and used to managing multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously.
- You are fluent in English, and professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus.
- You are a creative, proactive team player with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- You are passionate about football and its fans, and motivated to help brands connect with them in authentic, culturally relevant ways.
