We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Creative Lead to join our team. This role involves creating engaging visual concepts and overseeing their graphic production for our French and European clients in the creative studio. Proficiency in both French and English is mandatory for this position.
Responsibilities
- Creative and Strategic Thinking: Develop original content for impactful online and offline activations targeting specific audiences.
- Production Documentation: Design creative briefs, design briefs, storyboards, and presentations.
- Production Coordination: Oversee the technical and creative production from ideation to final output, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Client Relations: Manage all client interactions, maintain regular communication, and organize project follow-up meetings.
- Sales Team Support: Assist in content production for the sales team as needed.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other creatives, editors, designers, illustrators, photographers, videographers, and directors.
- Trend Monitoring: Conduct creative research, especially on social media, to stay updated on trends and innovations.
Profile
- Master’s degree in Communication, Advertising, or Graphic Design.
- 2-3 years of experience in a communication/marketing/advertising/digital agency or in-house marketing department.
- Mandatory experience in the sports industry, preferably with a key industry player.
- Highly creative with a strong sports culture and understanding of industry challenges, key players, and trends.
- Analytical mindset, organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.
- Curious and always seeking new ideas.
Skills
- Thorough knowledge of the graphic and creative production process.
- Proficiency in creative production software (AdobeSuite). Knowledge of AI software is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of social media and digital platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team internationally.
- Fluent in French and English (reading, writing, speaking) is essential.

- 12-month renewable freelance contract.
