Your mission 🚀
We are looking for AI Creatives to join our digital production team and help us explore the future of creativity at the intersection of human talent and artificial intelligence. You will play a key role in experimenting with AI tools, shaping innovative projects, and integrating machine intelligence into real-world creative workflows. This position is ideal for designers, motion artists, creatives, or technical profiles who are already using AI in their daily work and want to push the boundaries of digital production. You will collaborate closely with other creatives and technical experts, contribute to knowledge sharing, and help us deliver outstanding projects where human creativity and AI work hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities ✅
As part of AI creative production, you will contribute to the end-to-end execution of digital projects, using AI for imagery, video, sound, or storytelling. You will integrate state-of-the-art AI tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, and Runway into production processes.
With a focus on experimentation & innovation, you will actively experiment with new AI tools, workflows, and techniques. You will share your findings and best practices with the team to foster a culture of innovation.
You will document and present sample projects or case studies that demonstrate the integration of AI in creative work and lay the foundation of our portfolio. You will also contribute to internal knowledge bases and participate in team learning sessions to mentor our creative collaborators.
As a developer and technical artist, you will explore automation, API integration, and custom tool development to enhance creative processes, and support the team in adopting efficient and scalable AI-driven solutions.
Skills We Are Looking For 🔎
- Curiosity and a hands-on, experimental mindset
- Proficiency with AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Runway, etc.)
- Strong portfolio or sample projects showcasing work with AI
- Experience with motion design, video editing, or generative animation (for relevant profiles)
- Familiarity with automation, APIs, or technical art (for developer/technical artist profiles)
- Ability to creatively integrate AI into real production processes
- Advanced English to communicate effectively with team members from different nationalities
The recruitment process 🤞

- A technical interview (30 min) with Mélody and/or Alejandro
