Fiba teams up with J9 to become the company’s latest global sponsor

Basketball lovers will be pleased to learn that the International Basketball Federation (Fiba) has signed a three-year sponsorship agreement with sports betting company J9. With this agreement, J9 will be the international governing body of basketball’s global partner until 2024. They will become the tenth brand in Fiba’s premier sponsorship category as a result of this wonderful announcement.

J9 will enjoy commercial rights across all of Fiba’s main tournaments as a result of its new status as a worldwide partner of basketball’s international governing board. These commercial rights will cover the Fiba 2022 Women’s Basketball World Cup and the Fiba 2023 Basketball World Cup. Not only that, but J9 will also hold rights to the men’s and women’s Fiba Continental Cups.

Of course, that’s not all; J9 will also host a tour of the 2023 Basketball World Cup trophy. This brand will undoubtedly be busy since it plans to undertake basketball-related CSR initiatives. All of this initiative will be on show within the J9.basketball webpage.

Fiba Marketing, a strategic collaboration between Fiba and the Infront agency, negotiated this new deal. J9 is the newest Philippines-located company to team up with Fiba before the men’s Basketball World Cup, which will be in the Philippines in 2023. This isn’t the only thing this federation has done; they also just signed a four-year worldwide agreement with mobile services provider Smart Communications. This new worldwide will join Fiba’s broad portfolio. Within this portfolio, we can find well-known brands like Bitci, Nike, TCL, Molten, Ganten, the Wanda Group, Tencent, and Tissot.
